Healthy Snacks…. If You Know What They Are

Here is some healthy eating advice that I found…..enjoy two healthy snacks a day.  Okay sounds good to me!  Two of the snacking suggestions were two items that have not been on my grocery list (at least I didn’t think so).  After a little research I figured out what they were.

Pepitas……little seed of squash or Pumpkin seeds by another name.  Then Edamame in pod or unripe green Soybeans!
