ISIS is claiming responsibility for the suicide bomb attack that killed nearly two-dozen people in Manchester, England last night. The terrorist monitoring group SITE has posted the claim on Twitter today. It reads, in part, “One of the soldiers of the Caliphate was able to place an explosive device within a gathering of the Crusaders.” British police believe a suicide bomber killed himself and at least 22 people at a concert by pop star Ariana Grande. More than 50 people were injured. Investigators say the attacker set off the bomb as people were leaving Manchester Arena after the concert ended. Prime Minister Theresa May says security services officials know the attacker’s identity but are not releasing his name.
