Miranda Lambert tops the list of nominees for “The 51st Annual CMA Awards” with five nominations and following closely behind is Little Big Town and Keith Urban each with four nods.       Hosted for the 10th time by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, the 51st CMA Awards airs Live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville Wednesday, November 8 at 7:00 PM. Here’s the full rundown:
