Sister Margaret Ann of Archbishop Coleman F. Carroll High School in Florida didn’t hesitate once Hurricane Irma had passed through Miami-Dade County. She grabbed her trusty chainsaw and went to work, helping clear debris in the hurricane’s aftermath. Sister Margaret Ann said that when she saw the need for help in clearing the road, she realized it was an opportunity to help. She said alumni from the school and other people stopped to help her with the project. She did not realize that a policeman saw her with the chainsaw and stopped to video her, until he came up to talk to her afterwards.
