Bacon makes most things better. Here is an idea to perk up Deviled Eggs. Start with six hard cooked eggs, 1/3 cup mayo, three tbs. chopped fresh chives, divided. One tsp. mustard, dash of cayenne pepper and three slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled. Eggs need to be cut lengthwise in half. Remove yolks, place in a small bowl and mash yolks with a fork. Add mayo, half of the chives, mustard and red pepper then mix well. Stuff those eggs and sprinkle with bacon and remainder of chives. Enjoy!
