There is a good chance you may have left over hard boiled eggs and ham today. Here is a good recipe to us up some of those left overs from your Easter celebration.
Cobb & Rotini Pasta Salad Recipe (Serves 6)
1 box of rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 cup chopped cooked ham
3 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 avocado, chopped
1/3 cup shredded cheese
1 tomato, chopped
Toss of ingredients together with cooled pasta ans serve with your favorite vinaigrette.
