This is why you shouldn’t always trust GPS: Pearl Northrup said her family woke up at their Lehigh Acres, Florida home last week to the loud banging of the roof being removed from the house they’re renting. Only problem was, their roof wasn’t supposed to be replaced! Northrup called her landlord to ask why she wasn’t warned about the project, and the landlord told her that no such work had been ordered. L.B. Skaggs, owner of roofing company NASTAR, said workers put the wrong address into their GPS. Skaggs said the workers repaired the damage to the house, but Northrup and her landlord said they are not satisfied.
