As the Cleveland Browns remain winless through 12 weeks, one fan plans to make the best of a bad situation with a celebration. Chris McNeil has already filed paperwork with city officials to hold a parade around FirstEnergy Stadium between noon and 2 p.m. ET on January 6, and we have a copy of his application. The Browns have lost four games by a three-point margin. They just need the football to bounce in their favor a few times to avoid the ultimate embarrassment: an 0-16 season, but McNeil says he’s ready to celebrate a “perfect season” of losses if it happens!
