Walking Tacos

 

Ingredients Serves 4

1 lb lean ground beef
1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
4 package (2.5 oz each) tortilla or corn chips
2 cup lettuce, shredded
1 fresh tomato, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
13 cup salsa
12 cup sour cream

  • Prep 
  • Cook 
  • Ready 
  1. Place ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until browned. Drain excess oil. Mix in taco seasoning and prepare according to the package directions.
  2. With the bags still sealed, gently crush the tortilla or corn chips. Slit open the bags along the side edge. Divide the beef, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, salsa, and sour cream among each bag and place on top of the crushed chips. Serve in the bag with a fork.
