Three days doing the Children’s Miracle Network Radiothon can make you a little punchy. And certainly amidst the serious stories there are some really lighthearted moments. The picture at the left was taken from the second floor of the clinic looking down at our broadcast area. We couldn’t help but notice that it was kind of of like being in the bear pit at the zoo..only we’re the animals being viewed. Now I know how those furry guys feel being looked at constantly! The truth is, we don’t really mind having you come see the Radiothon live. While we love having you listen in on the radio, it’s cool to see the broadcast live and see our families as they tell their stories. Of course, we encourage you to make a donation while you’re here, but this is the reason we do this here at Gundersen Health System, because an event this special should be seen! We hope to see you down here, but please, don’t feed the bears!
